And my kids BEG for it (weird, I know, especially since they're girls). I like to use ground turkey with a LOT of spices and garlic and onion, pretending the leaner meat and the added veggies will stave off a heart attack death. So I'll try your recipe. I must have been distracted by lack of sleep and all the snot in my house. Anywho, I generally spurn the meat loaf, flat or otherwise.
