Meatballs

½ lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground pork
1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
TBSP Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped scallion
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 TBSP cream or milk
Salt and Pepper

Mix in a KitchenAid 2 minutes

Weigh out 70-71 grams per ball and form into a ball, should make 8 meatballs

Bake 425° for 45 minutes or until brown
