Meatballs

½ lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground pork
9 saltine crackers run through food process to make fine crumbs
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder

Mix in a KitchenAid 2 minutes

Weight out 1.75 oz. per ball and form into a ball

Bake 350° for 45 minutes or until brown
